What can I expect for my Cost Per Lead?
There isn't a perfect answer to this question. It depends on how large of an area we are targeting. We are experiencing roughly $85/lead right now.
What if I don't have a Facebook page?
That's no problem! We can help you create one at no extra cost, and then we can use that page for your ads.
Can you have the leads land in my CRM?
As long as your CRM has an open API or a Zapier app we can have them automatically added to your CRM.
What if I don't have a CRM?
That's fine. We will share a Google Sheet with you that will get automatically populated each time you get a lead so you can easily keep track of all of your leads. Or, if you want you can sign up for Sales Engine, our reverse specific CRM.
I heard you can't do Facebook Ads for reverse mortgages.
That is not even a little bit true. All of the big guys are doing it (AAG, Mutual, Longbridge, etc).... so why not you?
Are your ads compliant?
Yes, these are compliant ads. However, if we need to make any adjustments based on your company's requirements, we can do that.
Can I increase the ad spend?
Yes you can. We are starting at $15/day ($450 per month) with these ads. However, if you want to increase we will just charge you more each month and put that directly towards your ad spend.
How many months am I committing to?
This is only a month to month contract. However, Facebook Ads always get better with time as the algorithm "learns" who to best show the ads to. It's always smart to run for a minimum of 3 months.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel at any time. We bill month to month, so simply cancel before you are charged for the next month.
What type of support can I expect?
Any time you get a lead, you will be notified right away. We will be monitoring comments and responding to them when necessary. We will also be monitoring the performance of your ad and making adjustments as we can to help improve your results.
